Light grain malt aroma. Flavor is sweet and very lightly hoped. Your basic pilsner but better than the american Macros, thats for sure.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 13, 2007 Bottle: Clear yellow with a small white head. Faint aroma of malts and bread. Taste is sweet and malty, herbal tones, sours, and a crisp grassey presence. Not bad, but not all that great. Thanks Jordan. BückDich (4848), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 13, 2007 Bottle: Gold color, nice head nad lacing. Nose of light malt and hops. Some lotiony pilsner malts and a bit of herbal hops. Toasty, light bitterness in the flavor. Clean and bit unbalanced. Eh. davelouw (13), San Luis Obispo, California, USA

Pours a hazy sunshine yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is entirely corn (in a good way.) Flavor is definite corn with very light body and alcohol influence. No hop flavor to speak of.
A great example of a Classic American Pilsner. The style calls for a slightly grainy, corny flavor and aroma and it comes through. If you’re a Bud/Miller/Coors drinker you’ll find this has too much flavor for you. If you like homebrew this is one of the tastiest American pilsner beers you’ll find. riversideAK (2733), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 21, 2007 I dont know what everyone else is tasting, but it tasted pretty much like a true to form pilsner to me. Crisp, easy drinking, some biscuity flavor. A little sweetness as it warmed. It was just a regular brew. jpm30 (1588), East Central, Georgia, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 1, 2007 From a 22 oz. bomber bottle with no freshness date.
Poured a clear dull golden with a small foamy white head that quickly settled into a fine lacing.
Aromas of grainy, biscuity malts and sour lemon honey.
Moderate carbonation and a crisp, sour, tart, smooth medium bodied mouthfeel.
A weird sour, tart taste for a pilsener, a sour lemon honey fruitiness, sweet grainy malts, far too sweet for me, not much in the way of hops, I guess some spiciness, but I may be trying to talk myself in to that, and a dryish, sour fruity finish.
Not my idea of a pilsener, too much of a sweet and sour effect, I won’t be trying this again.

It tastes like unsweetened lemonade. It finishes with a STRONG sourness and it lasts. Not sure if I had a bad bottle but it seems like it is just missing.
