Served on draft at the 2007 Avila Beer Festival. Pours a hazy sunshine yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is entirely corn (in a good way.) Flavor is definite corn with very light body and alcohol influence. No hop flavor to speak of. A great example of a Classic American Pilsner. The style calls for a slightly grainy, corny flavor and aroma and it comes through. If you’re a Bud/Miller/Coors drinker you’ll find this has too much flavor for you. If you like homebrew this is one of the tastiest American pilsner beers you’ll find.

Pours a clear golden hue. Very nice malt and smooth hop presence. Chewy biscut flavor with cool crisp finish, a good choice to chase away the up and coming hot days of summer

Yeasty nose, fruity. Hazy orange, foamy fizzy head. Apricot, cherry tastes, a little sour. Lactice. Tart spicy end. Medium body. Very nice brew, but has nothing to do with a pilsener or anything done in Czech or .DE. More like a Belgian.

Hazy orange color, small white fluffy head. Orange nose. Intense grapefruit taste also gooseberries. Interesting yet weird for a pils.

Bottle: Gold color, nice head nad lacing. Nose of light malt and hops. Some lotiony pilsner malts and a bit of herbal hops. Toasty, light bitterness in the flavor. Clean and bit unbalanced. Eh.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a small quick white head. Light grain malt aroma. Flavor is sweet and very lightly hoped. Your basic pilsner but better than the american Macros, thats for sure. Thanks Jordan
