Pours a hazy sunshine yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is entirely corn (in a good way.) Flavor is definite corn with very light body and alcohol influence. No hop flavor to speak of.
A great example of a Classic American Pilsner. The style calls for a slightly grainy, corny flavor and aroma and it comes through. If you’re a Bud/Miller/Coors drinker you’ll find this has too much flavor for you. If you like homebrew this is one of the tastiest American pilsner beers you’ll find. bsierra (213), Vista, California, USA

Chewy biscut flavor with cool crisp finish, a good choice to chase away the up and coming hot days of summer pivo (2537), Germany
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 22, 2006 Yeasty nose, fruity. Hazy orange, foamy fizzy head. Apricot, cherry tastes, a little sour. Lactice. Tart spicy end. Medium body. Very nice brew, but has nothing to do with a pilsener or anything done in Czech or .DE. More like a Belgian. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany
