| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 27, 2009 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Very dark brown, minimal head. Powerful coffee aroma. Mid-sweet with streamlined malt profile. The alcohol is well hidden, the bitterness steadily ramped up into the resiny coffeeish finish. A competent, notoverly intrusive imperial stout. yespr (12168), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 30, 2008 Draft... RBSG ‘08... Pours a dark, burnt orange, but sits pitch black in the glass with a small, wispy, khaki head. Notes of coffee and dark chocolate rule the aroma... also a good bit of soy sauce and acetaldehyde. Full-bodied and oily with restrained carbonation. Deeply roasted, with good bitterness from the alcohol and hops, but overall, the flavor tilts toward the sweet side of balance. Acrid finish.
