Cask Handpump at the Old Harkers Arms, Chester 07/08/2009 Some spiced aroma. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a ginger spice flavour. A little bitterness in a dry creamy malt finish.

(Cask at Roscoe Head, Liverpool, 20 July 2009) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, hay and spicy hints of ginger. Fruity taste with citrus, peaches and ginger. Fairly light body. Decent, drinkable summer ale with a spicy twist.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Pale malt, gingery pepperyness, some honey floral character, very drinkable.
