Commercial Description:
Filtered and pasteurised bottle.
This delicious, easy drinking beer is quite complex in character. Smooth and full flavoured with lots of orchard and citrus fruit notes over a hop base and a lingering dry finish. This bright style beer is very light golden in colour with fruity flowery aromas.

This strong organic bitter won bronze medal at the 2002 Yorkshire championships and it is easy to see why. Clear pale copper colour. Apple and citrus aroma, with just a hint of malt. The flavours are robust but clean. Citrus (again), malt and plenty of tangy hops. Dry finish, with just a hint of sweetness. Overall, a smooth and appealing brew. Shame it's not bottle conditioned. It used to be called At 't' Ghoul & Ghost, but hey now seem to have dropped the Yorkshire-ism. Bottled (500ml). Available from beersinabox.com
