| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Pours a semi cloudy golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is firm on the honey, very sweet and enticing. Mouthfeel was suprisingly very creamy, again noticeable honey, lemongrass and bready malt flavors. TheEnemy (422), Chicago, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 27, 2007 On tap. Pours a nice clear golden with small white head that leaves bits of lace in its wake. Aroma is dry, of pungent hops and crisp grain. Flavor is similarly crisp and dry with moderate hop bitterness and a light sweetness. Nice tingly palate with a grassy finish. Not a great beer, but certainly a good one. jsquire (2113), St. Marys, Ohio, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 5, 2007 Hazy amber color with a thin off white head. Malty nose with some sour twings to it. This may be too old. There is honey sweetness and a light bready malt, but it is coated with a sour, lactic acidity. Orange juice hops in the finish. Drinkable. I wish I could tell how old this bottle is. kyzr (1123), Belgrade, Montana, USA

Light nose of malt and honey. Flavor is much the same with just a touch of hops. Finish is rather carbinated and almost unpleasant. BDR (2164), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 12, 2007 Murky copper color with a very thin head. Sweet, yet stale, honey aroma. Slightly soured wheat taste. Not much honey, just a dry powdery-like finish. Certainly had far worse, but not a big fan. JK (2961), Richfield, Minnesota, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 8, 2007 This isn’t very good, at least not from the bottle. Sour, wheat aroma with some honey. Flavor is a little sweet, and this has more honey aroma than many other honey beers. But the sour wheat flavor doesn’t work with the sweet honey. I wonder if I got a bad bottle, considering the hand-bottling. I will rate this again when I have the chance. Light gold color, low carbonation, and no wheat or other sediment in the glass. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2007 Available both on tap and in 12-oz bottles. Pours an amber/honey golden with a creamy head. Aroma picks up honey right away and a hint of sweet wheat. Flavor is honey and wheat with a touch of hops. Finishes crisp with a slight maple. Brewmaster is actually capping all the bottles by hand.
