Growler thanks to Will from the Angry Minnow - pours cloudy orange with a heavy yeast and fruit aroma. Very little yeast in the flavor, but a strong sweet caramel malt flavor mixed with fruit and herb. Very delicious!

A strange fusion style beer. Cloudy orange appearance. Aroma of a tripel with yeast and light fruit. Medium sweet malt with bock carmelly flavor. Some herbal quality as well. Belgian Dopple? How strange.

Growler courtesy of Skyview. Copper color with no head. Aroma of caramel. Sweet malt taste with a slightly sour finish. Not sure it survived the trip in the growler.

Thanks to skyview for sharing. Nice wheat nose with a light brown body and faint head. Lots of wheat on the body.

This is a real "sleeper" Belgian-style dubbel. Pours a clean reddish copper with a caramel creamy head. Aroma is definately a Belgian yeast but with a touch of honey. Taste caught me by surprise. It tastes more like a sweet dopplebock than a Belgian ale. Sweet barley malt, very slight yeast, and caramel. Finish sweet with the caramel. This is worth a trip to Hayward, WI and bring back a few growlers for your beer rating friends!
