[Growler] shared by Skyview. Pours a clear amber/gold with a small tannish head. Aroma is slight, with a bit of toasty amber malt. Flavor is fairly metallic, smooth, thin, with some caramel and low bitterness.

From Skyview’s growler. Lightly roasted aroma and roasted grain flavor. Some nuttiness. Brown with a red hue. Solid for a simple session beer.

Growler thanks to Skyview. Dark amber pour. Nice biscuity malt and nut flavor. Medium/light body.

[Growler, thanks Skyview] Pours deep red with a good beige head. Aroma has a lot of musty maltiness with only a bit of nuttiness in there. The same is present in the taste with a little more of the nut and a good deal of toastiness also. Medium-thin mouthfeel and quite smooth. Long finish. I’m not a fan of the musty character here, but it was ok overall.

Pours reddish brown with medium head. Strong nutty aroma, with a nice malty presence... and a flavor to match.

Growler thanks to Skyview. Brown/reddish color with a medium head. Nice chalky aroma with hazelnuts. The chalky taste and mouthfeel persists. Nuttiness faded into a somewhat charred malt.

After many years of drinking nut brown ales, this is the first nut red ale I’ve encountered. Pours a clear reddish amber brew with a thin and fast dissipated off-white head that leaves behind a thin film top and a good retaining off-white ring with spotty lacing. Aroma is almost absent when first served until I allowed this beer to warm up. The aroma has some light caramel malt, a touch of hazelnuts, and some pear character. Taste is light bodied, very light multi-grain amber malts, with no bitterness in the aftertaste whatsoever. A good example of a lighter summer craft beer.
