Sampled at Heritage Festival. Not as dark as expected. Feel is nice. Flavor is thin and could use some boosting. It was malty with some yeast and fruit. Again, more flavor would have helped.

Sampled on draft at the St. Louis Brewer’s Heritage Festival 2009. Pours a pale cloudy brown with minimal head. Nice aroma of mild citrus and banana. Taste is truly a German dark wheat beer. Very tasty with essence of banana and clove. Not overly hopped. as it should be. Very refreshing. Another example that AB can make a quality beer of any style when it wants to.
