However, as I mused over its appearance, the aroma, no, odor reached me and I almost tossed my cookies. Skunk-o-rama. Eventually I summoned the courage to taste it: corn water. Ok. But then come the socks. Not clean socks, either. Two sips and down the drain. This stuff is BAD. NachlamSie (1644), Tennessee, USA

Took the cap off this one and the wretched, putrid stench was attacking my nose from a couple feet away. The pour wasn’t completely pitiful, it left a fair head and a decent golden body. The nose is so offensive on this swill. The taste is pitiful, I had to override my body’s defensive reflexes to force it down after smelling the fumes, weak corny body with an aftertaste like gym socks. Why this would take 10 different countries to create is beyond me, perhaps they were actually collaborating on some kind of chemical warfare and this was the by-product. porterhouse (1161), Alna, Maine, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Sep 30, 2005 (Bottle) Foamy white head on pale yellow body. Some lacing. Sounded like Coke fizzing as I poured it into glass. Aroma malty, some skunky. Tastes a little bit like beer, alot like water. Isn’t completely terrible, just doesn’t taste like anything. snclrlws (19), Hanover, New Hampshire, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Sep 15, 2005 I don’t pour out many bottles of beer, but this was one beverage that I just couldn’t finish. The aroma and taste were skunky to the point of making me gag before I had even gotten this into my mouth. Definitely not an improvement on Budweiser or any of their other beers. I kind of enjoy the taste of Michelob occasionally, so all my beers don’t have to be A1. I expected at least some flavor it was not forthcoming. Still, there was a little malt , a little hops, and I’ll give some points for a darn cool bottle. Ron (1035), Rochester, New York, USA
