A-B got their "top brewmasters representing 10 countries around the globe" to come up with this concoction. What a joke and a lame excuse for charging extra for this junk. (Luckily I got away with only one GREEN bottle.) It tastes like each brewmaster came up with a recipe and they mixed them all together. This is "World Class" only in the sense that the world is rapidly going to hell in a handbasket.

A little more of a bitter beer than the usual AB fare. Actually it is not at all what I expected. It still has the same hallmarks of a macro. The aroma is watery with adjuncts but there is hops detectable in this one. The appearance is like most of the style. The flavor does not have much balance to it. Overall this is far from a world class beer.

Born on 10-8-04. Amberish yellow body, creamy white small head. Slight uriney/cardboard aroma. Taste is more of a premium cardboard. A fuller than avg macro flavor... sweet grainy paper start, dry paper finish.

Has a wet grainy malt cheap imported beer aroma. A light yellow color with a slight head on it. A light sweetness some metallic flavor to it. Somewhat acidic. Aftertaste sits on your toungue and never leaves. I was really hoping for a good beer from A-B. What a waste, these brewmasters need more of a challenge.

Nothing really special here. There really wasn’t much going on here. Flavor is really the only thing that saved it and it wasn’t really good by all means. Hey at least anheuser busch is trying to come up with something here.

Why did AB try to make a version of Heineken, screw it up, then charge $2.00 MORE for it than Heineken? This tastes like really bad Heineken. SUPER SKUNKY! True story: I opened a bottle of this on 11/27/04 and my wife, whom was sitting across the room, said "Phew! That stinks!". True story! She could smell it from almost 9 feet away! It tastes like they used some hops. In fact, this might be a C+ beer if it was cheaper, and it didn’t stink/taste like a damn skunk!

Bottle: Aroma is like a Bud but a little better. Light malt and skunk. Pours a pale transparent yellow/gold. Maybe better than yellow but not quite gold. White head that diminishes quickly. Light sweetness, light skunk, light apple, and very light hops.

I live next door to a bodyguard of one of the Busch men and he gave me a bottle of this to try. I was horrified at how bad it was. It came in a bottle but it had this aluminum taste that haunted the whole thing. Who exactly were the brewmasters who put this swamp water together?
