Pours just like the tried and true, good old Bud, but slightly darker, which is a good thing. Head is soapy and bubbly. Smells very similar to grolsch, typical euro pilsner, hops, grain, and malt on the nose. Taste is malty up front then backed up Saaz hops for that crisp pilsner bite, but then the harsh grainy taste comes in and ruins a half-decent pils. Mouthfeel is light, but not too watery as I had anticipated. Actually this beer exceeded my anticipation greatly. I believe all this is, despite marketing, is what Budweiser should taste like. If ingredients weren't skimped on, this would be Budweiser. AB didn't need 10 brewmasters from 4 continents to figure that out. If this comes down in price I could see buying a sixer for a party or something but otherwise I won't bother, regardless of situation. I...um...kinda...maybe...actually...sort of...enjoyed this as it fit its role of being light, refreshing, and semi-flavorful **Special thanks to my Rep for this freebie!**

thedm and hotstuff provided this bottle. Whoa. This stuff is not good. Don’t waste any energy on this. About the farthest thing from ’extraordinary’ or ’world-class.’ It took 10 brewmasters to whip this gem up? I’m just one person and I’ve brewed beers 100 times as good as this crap. On the plus side, it sure did make the Old Rasputin I poured right after taste pretty damn good.

Bottle. Just another disappointment from AB in my opinion. A small foamy white head with fne-medium sized bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was carbonated and transparent with a yellow-gold hue. The nose was malty, grassy, somewhat sweet and skunky. The flavor was sweet and malty and a note of some hops. The mouthfeel was anything but appealing and intriguing and was on the dry side. The lacing was average.

Pretty much what I expected after reading reviews. Similar, but not as good, as Heinekin. The Macro sweetness and aftertaste creeps in. Certainly looks and tastes better than Bud, but then again, so does almost anything else. Another marketing ploy by A.B. If people are willing to pay that price for this pale imitation, let 'em. This wasn't even as good as the Sapporo I had before it.

This bottled brew poured a large head of fine to medium sized white colored mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange color. The aroma was slightly skunky with some grassy and doughy notes. The mouth feel was very tingly and some what dry with a mellowing finish. The flavor is mostly mild hops and is a bit off. OK to try, but not a choice beer by any means. You would think they could make a better brew than this. The bottle is the best thing about this one.

Beer must be at 500 a barrel for this crp to sell at (7.50) a six-pack. I guess the bucks are for the silly ads. It certainly wasn’t for giving the brew masters a raise. It needs to be sold in 40 oz bottles at bud prices.

10 brewers and this isn't that good. I like Heineken and everything. I mean umm world select. Decent.

Somewhat depressing that it isn't as bad as I was expecting. Hey, I'm a beer snob, and it's A-B. I expect liquid ass every time I drink one. At any rate, slightly hazy deep gold. Nose is a bit sweet. Flavor is a bit of berry, some sweet, then dies at the end after a few hops. This is I think the best A-B product I've had, but, if some A-B guy is on the site reading this, that doesn't mean this is good. It just means it doesn't suck. Basically, this and Amber Bock are the only two of your products that I'd be willing to drink. The others aren't worthy to even clean the walls of my colon.
