Nov 23, 2009 Bottle Shared at Ryan & Max’s Tasting @ Pauls. Pours a brune body with an off white head. Apples plum notes, some dates and minerals. Dough y yeast character with some cinnamon cherry notes. Allspice, plum notes with a sweet yeast y warming.

Nov 22, 2009 Bottle at Paul’s tasting. Pours a clear ruby hued brown with a thin white head. Caramel and chocolate cherries. Clean and pretty. Medium bodied, cherries and caramel. Finishes with a slow warming booze and more candied cherries. Really tasty.

Nov 20, 2009 Bottle. Beautiful deep red beer with beige head. Spicy aroma of almonds, vanilla and malt. Sweet flavour with plenty of almonds, orange and raisins. Finishes with a hint of alcohol and citrus.
