Light yellow colour with a large white head. Aroma is honey and flowers. Flavour of fruit, honey and little alcohol. Bitter finish.

0.75 l bottle at PBF. Slightly hazy golden color. Sweet and overpoweringly honeyish aroma. Honeyish yet dry flavor with clove, pepper and tart fruitiness. This is mostly about honey and here the honey character is not particularly interesting.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours hazy golden with a bubbly head. Aroma and flkavour completely dominated by honey (clover?). Nice taste though quite onedimensional.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy golden, lively head. Perfumy peachy nose. Sweet with vital rounded mouthfeel and above medium body. Strong on coriander, arming alcohol and perfume is there. Spicy perfumy finish.

Bottled (PBF, BB 01/2010). Hazy yellow color, small white head. Strong sweet honey aroma. Zesty mouthfeel. Spicey, a bit alcoholic, flowery honey in the flavor. Long warming fruity-sweet aftertaste. Lacks normal Het Anker house flavor (anise). Honey-flavoured tripel. Interesting, maybe just a bit too fizzy.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Hazy yellow-golden with a small, lightly lacy head. Very strong, but pleasant and sweet honey in the aroma, masking pretty much everything else. Sweetish and banana-fruity flavor with honey strongly present, along with a touch of sourness. Medium body with slightly fizzy carbonation. Not cloying, but I don’t think I’d like to drink a whole bottle of this.

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is honey, some herbs and that’s about it. Flavour is honey, herbs, and some grass. Mild yeastyness as well.

75cl bottle at home. cloudy dark yellow, lots of champagne like bubbles, large head that seems a bit messy. aroma is distinctively honey, also faint peach, other yellow fruits, spices are milder than usual, but the honey base makes up for it. really nice aroma. flavor is initially a little spicy, but ends heavy honey-like. a bit one dimensional, apart from honey i find banana, watermelon, hops and alc bitterness (mostly alc.).
