Commercial Description:
A beautiful mild brewed for the midlands - perhaps the new home of the mild style beer.

gave off a nice brown amber color, very sweet on nose and the taste, malty, low hops, lots of caramel flavor, mellow and smooth.

A Mes rate: Keg at the Windmill in Ramsgate.
What a shower of chav shite this place is. The world centre of trackie bottoms and Lonsdale trainers. This is honestly the best thing they have on by far. We only came here to watch ManU against Liverpool. Get off Mascherano you twunt! Mid brown with a reasonable lasting beige head. Fruit and sulphur aroma. Nutty malt flavour with a tiny hint of coffee and a lot of caramel. Straight forward drinkable mild. Very dull but ManU beat Liverpool 3-0 so all was good.

Keg @ Newton Arms, Normoss, Blackpool. Not a bad Keg beer, some slight chocolatey malts, with a wafer like taste to it. Keg version was slightly carbonated, and went down easily. Good keg beer when real ale isn’t available.

Lightly chocolatey, biscuity malt aroma with some farmy notes. Clear burnished copper coloured body with amber highlights. Strong off white, fine bubbled, nitro head lasts and coats the sides of the glass. Light chocolate, biscuit malt flavour. Restrained bitterness but not overly sweet. Simple. Perhaps dumbed down by the heavy nitro service. Medium light body with creamy smooth texture and fairly lively carbonation. Sampled on draught at Winstons in Paignton, Devon (May-06).

Keg, at the Midland Railway, Syston, Leicester. Smooth, fruity, roasted oat flavor. Good mild, that serves its purpose without being outstanding - just like any good Mild should do. Flavour does not really change from the front of the mouth to the back.

Brown; light, vaguely sweet; dark nuts & malts. I did not have this on cask, but keg, as I got caught in the rain and ended up in some chain pub and this was all they had that looked even halfway interesting.
