Draft @ Antares Palermo, May 08. Shinny, deep gold color with a creamy, medium sized white head. Aroma is mainly grainy, with some slightly oxidized and methallic notes. Flavor is biscuity, bittersweet with a gentle bitter bite at the end. Some slight diacethyl. Medium palate, robust, but drinkable and refreshing at the same time. Nice attempt at an Altbier, but could do with more personality.
