Commercial Description:
It is a stout of Irish origin. In her flavors of chocolate and nuts in paladar are discovered, with a licoroso and placentero post-taste. He is very corpulenta, of foam cremosa and incredibly easy to take because it has less carbon dioxide gas than the traditional beers.

Draught at the brewery`s pub in Buenos Aires, dark brown with a thick off-white foamy head. A sweet malty aroma. A bitter palate, roasted malt flavour with some fruit abd hints of tobacco. An increasing sweetness through the swallow.

Drank this beer in the Antares brewpub in Bariloche (Argentina). Had the sampler of the different beers on draught. Nice head and creamy.

Draught (nitro-) at the Tandil location. Dark brown, creamy nitro head. Aniseed aroma. Spicy, thick and creamy with plenty of chocolate. Medium bodied with sticky toffee finish.

Draft at Antares Palermo, October 2006. Pours a brownish black with some ruby hues (a color that´s fine but one I don´t like in my stouts) with a nice creamy beige head. Aroma is almost non existant, some toffee, but little else. Taste is of licorice, brown sugar, somewhat hoppy, but very subtle. A little boring and unidimensional. I think that´s because all antares range is filtered and pasteurized.
