| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 13, 2009 No Argentine beers available where I live other than Patagonia, so finding this one at Brewery Creek was a pleasant surprise. This head was almost miniscule, being thin, white, and gone in a flash. The body was a hazy dark gold, and the aroma featured mostly hops. The taste was hopped along with what might’ve been some caramel-like sweetness. Mouthfeel and finish were quite enjoyable. drpimento (832), La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 16, 2009 Got this bottle from nearby Supermercado Carrefour off the shelf, second in, Recoleta, Buenos Aires. I can see what they’re trying to do here, while not really succeeding as a Kolsch, it’s not a bad brew. Poured with a white head and a little lace. Has a hazy golden color. Aroma is malty, a little earthy, a hint of hop, and grain. Flavor’s about the same with a little sweetness. Carbonation is decent. Maybe just a tad thin. Good finish. Not a Kolsch, but very drinkable. I’d get it again. Bov (5455), Bienne, Switzerland

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 17, 2008 Deep hazy gld, moderate white head. Sweet malt aroma, a little cidery. Sweet malt flavour, almost caramel really, which seems bizarre given the style. Faintly fruity character, minimal bitterness. I’m no expert, but this doesn’t fit what a kolsch should be. My sample may be old (no date). jcwattsrugger (5424), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Aroma is light grain, secondary citrus. Taste is light grain-some sweet/caramel/crystal malt (the malt from the CA brewery), secondary grassy/citrus hops. Mild carbonation. ante (2948), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 6, 2008 Bottled at Monks Café, Stockholm. Hazy golden with a small white foam. Flowers, citric fruit and straw in the weak aroma. Light-bodied with notes of oranges, soap and straw with a dryish aftertaste of grass, orange-peels and straw. Quite refreshing if a bit dull carbonation. georgekessel (68), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Small tight white head (sorry Oakes, we must have had different batches), hazy golden straw color, smooth hints of various flavors including a touch of citrus, low hops, medium wet finish.
