Aroma is buttery with hints of herbs, grass and some milk. Isn’t a Kölsch supposed to be fruity? There are only faint hints of fruits.
Sweet, slightly fruity flavor but again there are buttery notes with minimal bitterness. Hops are very lightly used.
Body is light, like a Premium Lager. Texture is watery. The finish is short and metallic with a weak aftertaste.
My first Kölsch and I’m not impressed. I’m looking forward to taste some true german example.

Feeble aroma, mostly sweet with hints of toasted grains, sugar cane, and something that reseambles sweat. The flavor is consequently very light, sweet with a smooth bitternes at the end. Watery texture, light body and softly carbonated. I’d say, in general, that the whole beer if weak.

A dense gold in color with low head and medium body. Initial slightly sweet pale malt flavor yields to an odd fruity (peach) character. Minimal hops presence, with low carbonation. Might of had an off fermentation. Score of 2.2

Brown bottle at Breoghan Brew Bar in B.A. Pours a dense pale straw color with a fleeting head. Well-carbonated, slightly spicey character, slight citrusy notes. Early hop character and tanginess. Light-bodied. Nice Kolsch. Fukito (604), Buenos Aires, Argentina

Yellow hazy appareance. Light brew, very fruity, not bitter at all. I suppose it tastes like kolsch is supposed to. An overall fine brew, very quaffable, lives up to the standards of Antares brewery, although not my favourite in their line up. rodolito (162), San Diego, California, USA
