Bottle @ Cruzat w/ Fukito: This one is going out of production, I must have gotten a lost batch, skunky and oily. Not good.

Translucent gold when I had it from tap in Buenos Aires, but a little hazy in the bottle (thanks Fukito!!). Nice combination of malt and hop aroma. Strong hoppy flavor with some maltyness to balance. The hop flavor is citric and herbal. Finish is dry. A very nice pilsen, a little stronger in hops than average (including Urquell), but very good. It was better on tap.

660ml bottle-pours a white head with some lacing and hazy gold color. Aroma is light malt, light citrus-lemon/floral-marigold hops, some honey? Taste is grain/light malt, bitter light citrus-lemon peel/floral-marigold hops. Dry. Nice. Good carbonation. Light body.

Appearance: blond color semi-cloudy. Little and white head, some lasting. Aroma: hoppy smells, but not intensive, with menthol, hay, chamomile and dried-herbs notes. Some citric touches. Flavor: pale malty start, dry progress from hops, some resinous and astringent and with grassy notes. Light citric-dry-fruity like grapefruit peel. Malty aftertaste. Palate: light body and carbonation. Remark: nice dryness, decent pilsner. Regular pour, bright yellow color, probably unfiltered though. Medium white head, moderately lasting that leaves a big lace. Aroma of german hops, Tettnanger maybe or some Saaz variety all around the place.Intense flowery and grassy character with traces of lime. Pretty much a stronger Urquell. It smells ’Bohemian’. Flavor is bitter. Wow! It reminds me of Jever Pilsner. Grassy, herbal bitterness dominate without malty counterbalance except for some faint bready note. Hints of lemongrass, eucaliptus, leaves. Good. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Finish is long astringent and citrusy. Herbal aftertaste. Refreshing summer beer.

Bottled 600ml. Thanks to Fukito. A clear golden beer with a medium size white head. Aroma si very floral and malty. Taste is very malty with a hoppy end. Very drinkable but not watery. Strong malt character. Bitter and dry end. Very good pils

Draft @ Antares Palermo, January 08. Clear, shinny golden color with a medium, bubbly white head. Aroma is flowery with some bready malts and just a touch of baking bread. Taste is bittersweet pure malt and hops, honeyish pilsner malt blended with floral german hops. Nice. Palate is medium, refreshing and drinkable but quite firm at the same time. Enjoyable bitter aftertaste. Nice, tasty and really on spot german pils.
