Draught at the brewery. Dark red with a beige head, fine lacings. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, brown sugar, roasted, notes of chocolate?) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Light/medium body.

Tasted yesterday with friends. Bottle 100 cl. (bought at the brewpub self) Brown color, small white head. Aroma roasted malts. Medium body. Taste sweet, roasted malts, bit fruity. Very regular brown ale.

Light but brown color, small white head. Light malty, weird smokey-burnt sugary aroma. Very acidic, woody and metallic flavor. Propably a bit past its prime.

Cloudy chestnut brown. 1cm off-white head with abundant lacing. Fruity, estery yeastiness with a strong sourness that is both herbal and lemony, citric. Biting carbonation. Cherry and blueberry acidity grows in a rather interfering way. Not pleasant at all.

Draught. Rubyish amber colour, mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is yeast along with a lot of caramel. Flavour is caramel, malts, yeast and very bitter hops. Some slight roasted notes also noted. Refreshing also this one, but quite boring and watery.
