TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Dec 29, 2007 Big swing top bottle
Light but brown color, small white head. Light malty, weird smokey-burnt sugary aroma. Very acidic, woody and metallic flavor. Propably a bit past its prime. Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Sep 21, 2007 Cloudy chestnut brown. 1cm off-white head with abundant lacing. Fruity, estery yeastiness with a strong sourness that is both herbal and lemony, citric. Biting carbonation. Cherry and blueberry acidity grows in a rather interfering way. Not pleasant at all. oh6gdx (6339), Vaasa, Finland Jun 7, 2007 Draught. Rubyish amber colour, mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is yeast along with a lot of caramel. Flavour is caramel, malts, yeast and very bitter hops. Some slight roasted notes also noted. Refreshing also this one, but quite boring and watery.
