Bottle brown, 250 ml
Appearance: Pours very sunny, bright golden body with perfectly clear body texture, viscosity is weak due to the honey/water proportion indicating to water. It’s even not much sticky.
Aroma: Very strong ginger and spicy dry aroma, the alcohol is perfectly hidden and serves for positive reasons, creating a nice background for the pronounced raisin aroma, resin, honey, vanilla, very mild and inviting.
Flavour: Front is very smooth in texture, very highly aromatic, flowery nose at front, which developes into really strong sweet flowery flavours. Easy going with low viscosity, aftertaste becomes very dry at finish with kind of tart accidity at finish. Finish duration is moderate. Notes of tart winegrapes, green apple, lemon, slightly medicinal.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is between wattery and sticky but more on the wattery side, no carbonation, finish feel is dry, tart and highly astringent.

Bottled. Pale transparent amber colour. Roses, canned pears and honey aroma and gently vineous. Nice blend of honey and subtle vineousness along with oaky vanilla notes makes this a very clean table mead. Good stuff!

(Bottle) Darkish white wine colour. Honey in somewhat sweet nose. Bit like sweetened white port wine taste. Quite nice.
