Feb 18, 2007 Bottled. An amber mead with no head. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, honey, rosehips, and some spices. The flavor is sweet alcoholic and again with notes of honey, rosehips, ans more spices. The body is thick and nice.

May 4, 2007 Sample from 50 cL bottle. Pours orange golden. Honey, spicy and liqourice aroma, faint alcohol note. Flavour is sweet honey with a overall sweet and soft mouthfeel. Ends very sweet and soft.

Jan 31, 2009 Beautiful bright golden. A little honey and a lot of oak in the nose. Lots of woody notes. Very rich, oaky, sweet. Balanced, refined. The most crazy legs I have ever seen on a mead.

Dec 22, 2007 Beautiful amber color. Very nice aroma of mountain honey. Sweet and well balanced, with a sweet caramel taste and very light herbs and pine needles. Very good.
