Pours a darkish golden reddish brown, perfectly still. Full broad honey sweet. Alcohol. Full honey richness and yet slightly ethereal and otherworldly. Raspberry is definitely in there. Fuller rich flat body. Full deep sweet honey over light raspberry. Some brown sugar and perhaps even a slight hint of light molasses. Treacle or demerara might be a bit closer perhaps. Lingering honey stays for some time. Have to drink this like good liquor!

What a sought-after thing this is, and for good reason - it’s better than honey. Nose is baked apple, berry skin, toasted wood, and thick molten honey. Color is a ruby-gold refractive mess with teeny bubbles that make it look like this is what preserves ancient mosquitoes. Flavor is a starburst of more roasty, glowing honeyed berries - emphasis on the honey. So thick and juicy you keep expecting it to fully liquefy, but it never quite does. Masterpiece. Pours a great looking deep amber/copper, very clear. Aroma is, WoW, strong honey, fruity esters, great alcohol spice that blends in very well. Flavor is no different......sweet honey, fruit esters, alcohol spiciness. Mouth feel is heavy and very smooth, just layers your tongue with flavor....Overall, holy shit this was good stuff!
