Bottle brown, 750 ml.
Appearance: Pors quite bright golden body with low viscsity, body is perfectly clear, generally looks sunny and quite bright but no surprise for Trojniak.
Aroma: Notes of cokies, powder sugar, honey, white wine, rowanberry, blueberry, rasin, sourness, saltyness, minerality.
Flavour: Very nice and pleasant fruity-spicy start, especially notes of rowanberry, blueberry, explicity sweetness at the front and the tip of the tongue, nice peppery and sharply spicy, middle back of the tongue, very juicy and honey sweet again on palate, all this and especially the unusual and quite surprising connection of juicy sweetness with peppery spicyness creates an original flavour worth of desire, finish duration is lonf and pleasant.
Palate: Body is full, texture is oily and sticky, finish feel is warmly spicy with a smooth, pleasant sweetness.

Bottled. Thanks to larsniclas. Golden colour. Oak, honey and a bit of oxidation, which might add to the aroma profile. It feels pretty edgy already. Flavour is good, though bit edgy and alcoholic, though with excellent features such as roses, herbs and such. The mouthfeel is not as rounded as one would expect, and it does not linger the way the perfect mead would. Still, this is all good!

Bottle (thanks to rlgk and larsniclas!) shared with a bunch of RB:s. Clear amber with no head. Sherry-like aroma with apples and dark berries, and notes cedar wood. Medium bodied and smooth. Perfectly balanced with a gentle sweetness and a dry finish.

(Bottle, thanks to larsniclas!) Clear copper color, no head. Sweet, plum, acidic and alcohol scent. Harsh wood and sweet taste. Long warming alcohol aftertaste. Smooth and a bit harsh mouthfeel. Some apple aftertaste.

Bottle. Thanks to larsniclas. Golden color, no head. Very sweet cork aroma. Oily and sweet, I really dont know how to rate this, since its very different from other beers...

Bottled. I’m no fan of meads and I think it’s diffcult to rate them ’cause I don’t know enough about them. Golden and absolutely no head. Some cork/cedar in the aroma. Soft and smooth palate. Oily and sweet with loads of mead.

Clear, golden slightly copper, round mercurial feel and a thick meniscus, some waxy flavors, clean not too sticky, no negative off flavors, apple aromas, a tad cidery, lightly alcoholic, bits of seemingly tannic bitterness.
