A pale gold nectar. Very mellow, but spicily woody, honey aroma. Smooth and silky in the mouth. Some light fruity retronasals - maybe apple and a touch of cinnamon. Alas a tiny hint of plastic too, but I think that’s some heavy organics from the barrels. Almost a slight burntness to some of the sips. A touch sweet, but utterly delicious, and with no hint of the alcohol apart from a pleasant warming.

Glden with no head. Aroma is herbs and honey, with a hint of citrus. Sweet and honey-filled flavour, somewhat alcoholic.

25cl bottle, thanks Naam, nice bronze color with no head, aroma is very alcoholic with honey sweetness, apples and wild odor like barnyard, spices like mint and jasmine overall it is nice, flavor of honey and barnyard some nice acidity, as some qualities of wine. Body is medium and complexity of flavors is medium as well. As my first mead I would say this one is OK.

[Bottled. Thx gnoff] Golden with a small, bubly head. Flowery, sweet aroma with honey. Soft and smooth with loads of honey and nectar.

0.75 l bottle. Golden color with no head. Rich sweetish, honeyish and herbal aroma with notes of tart white wine and peanut butter. Rich, soft and warming taste with honey, herbs, pepper and white wine. Sweet honeyish finish. Rich, complex and tasty mead.

Clear oily golden color, no head. Sweet, fruity, honey scent. Sweet, raissin taste. Rather short aftertaste, sweet at first, not for long. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma has honey. Sweet flavour with loads of honney, ripe fruits, caramel and alcohol notes.

(Bottled) Clear honey-golden with no head. Neutral, honeyish aroma with hint of oak and alcohol. Sweet, not very honeyish, wineous flavor. Not very complex. Medium to full body, quite sugary, no carbonation. Reasonably drinkable, but quite straightforward and still too sweet.
