Bottle brown, 750 ml
Appearance: Pours slightly orangy but very bright, golden and shiny body, viscosity is rather low. Mead is rather thin to medium bodied but looks very nice. Perfectly clear body texture.
Aroma: Very nice aroma of fresh cherries, natural, not overly sweet, gentle honey at tha background perfectly merged into cherry notes, some notes of apple, gently winy grapes, some notes of spices, some flowery notes.
Flavour: Nice, well balanced between sweetness&dryness, some notes of cognac, white wine grapes, fowery - perfumy like, notes of cherry, peach, vanilla, quite easily drinkable, refreshing and gently dry.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is wattery but slightly sticky, finish feel is gently dry, fresh, refreshing, spicy, well balanced but not very long.
