| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 8, 2009 (bottle) Hazy, copper colour with a big and persistent beige foamy head. Sweet, moderately yeasty and nutty cara-malty aroma with shades of herbal hops in the background. Rather bitter than sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Slightly nutty cara-malty taste with traces of cacao; quite dry, bitter and slightly sweet finish with a light but present hops character. A bit slim but nevertheless likeable unfiltered Lager (08.VIII.09).
