On tap. Pours golden with only a slight haze and a dense white head. Very subtle flowery nose. Medium body, sweet pale malts and then again these distinct and very fresh hop accents that also leave a fairly solid bitterness. Has a vague whiff of diacetyl, but nothing that really spoils the fun. 051109

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thick dense off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, grain, and herbal hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, straw, herbs, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized creamy white head. Fruity aroma of hops, hay and grass with notes of overriped fruits. Flavour of malts, grass, hay, hops and apollo yeast with notes of grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small and chalk white head. Grassy hops aroma, light butterish. Butterish initial impression yet also bone dry grassy and bitter flavoured. Dry grassy finish. Rather dry and bitter flavoured finish. Ligh diacetyl on the back of the tongue. Vague citrusy touch.
