Apr 23, 2008 On tap @ Apollo, Copenhagen as Den Tasmanske Djævel. Dense off-white one-finger head. Foggy, dark yellow golden color. Spices and herbs is dominating the aroma. Minty notes. Medium sweet, light malty taste with lots of herbal flavors. The eucalyptus is noteable, and is actually cooling down the throat... An exciting attempt, but appears unbalanced and one-dimensional.

Apr 2, 2008 From tap as Tasmanske djævel. Amber colour with a dense white head. Light caramel sweet aroma with spicy notes. malty, sweet flavor with a floral note. Spicy, light bitter finish.

Mar 18, 2008 From tap at the brewpub, as Golden Swan - 5.6%. Pours hazy orange to light brown with a dense white head. Spiced aroma, mild caramel malt beneath. Flavour is floral, mild caramel malt and with a distinct spice note on top. Bitter to dry finish. Different and special.
