On tap.
Nice orange toned colour. Range of yeast notes and sweetness of light caramel
Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 13, 2004 A hazy orange-brown beer with a fine lasting light brown head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of yeast, malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is also rather sweet with notes of caramel, spices, Apollo yeast, and a fair amount of hops, that gives it an OK dry end. A fresh nice beer. Jeppe (2635), Ølbutikken, Denmark Jun 10, 2004 Draught at Apollo Bryggeri, Copenhagen. Nice creamy light tan head on a dark hazy amber colored body. Aroma is Apollo yeast and caramel. Fresh, fruity and quite heavy. Flavor is also dominated by Apollo yeast with some bitter hops and a light underlying tone of something fresh (could it be the Guaraná?!?). Thin and dry in the end. A typical Apollo beer, their yeast is quite dominating and that makes them somewhat identical.
