On tap @ ABC Harrisburg. Cloudy gold/yellow with the tiniest head. Typical German Hef aroma of banana, tiny bit of clove and wheat bread. Taste is the same with sweetness that is balanced by some hop bitterness and a light sourness. Medium body, a smooth mouth feel and a lightly tart finish. Pretty good.

Growler from Tanger, thanks Jon. Rating #30. Cloudy dark yellow pour with a thin white head. Light banana, a little citrus and some sweet spice. Very smooth, more light banana, lemon and more sweet spice, nice carbonation too. Solid hefe all around. (1020)

Had on draft at the gettysburg location. Pours a hazy dark yellow with manilla bubbly head that dissapates quickly. Aroma very spicey yeast and tad bit of lemon. Flavor is very very doughy with lots of spice. Overall, wasn’t a fan.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a quickly disappearing white head. Spicy aroma, bread, yeast, nutmeg. Smooth body gives way to typical clove/spiced taste, good representation.

this was their seasonal hefe at gettysburg... hazy brownish yellow with a white head and some spotty lacing. the dominant aroma is sweet fruit... banana and orange along with grainy/wheat. lightly sweet on the palate... flavors of banana, orange, spice and a savory note i attribute to the yeast. dry finish with lingering banana. medium to full body, soft texture and creamy mouth feel.

(abbreviated review, due to short notes) Orange overtones, light wheat and a little light banana and clove. Typical bland heffe.

Nice and light with a lot of banana flavor and a real slight haze. A nice and light summertime drink.

On draft at the Gettysburg location a few months ago. Generally it was good, but a little thin. Flavor had a nice balance of banana/bubble gum and spice. Drinkable throughout. Good summer time beer.
