On tap, Harrisburg location. Pours a very cloudy and hazy straw colored body with a moderate fluffy head. Nose is spicy with lots of fruity esters, cloves, bananas, and a little yeast. Flavor is full of cloves and spicy wheat with some yeastiness on the finish. A little overspiced with the cloves. Mouthfeel is light and fizzy with lots of carbonation. Overall, pretty decent, but way too overspiced and not full enough in mouthfeel.

Cloudy yellow with no head. All the regulars showed up; banana, clove, coriander, and some other nondistinct spices. It’s a cookie-cutter hefe.

nose full of spices, orange, and wheat coming from a pale yellow body that was the cloudiest hefe i have ever seen, actually looking like grapefruit juice. a lot of sweetness up front with a smooth transition to a spicy tail. the flavors were a nice collection of banana, orange and cloves, and the aftertaste had a bit of a bitter hop bite.

Draft at Appalachian BC. Small white fizzy head that was mostly lasting, fine-small sized bubbles, sparse lacing, uncarbonated, hazy, and a straw yellow hue. Malt, banana, spicy, and clove aroma. Typical aromas for this style. Flavor was sweet, malt, banana, clove, and spices. Typical again. Tingly mouthfeel. Light-medium body.

Standard hazy hefe appearance. Good strong wheat aroma and flavor. Well made and very refreshing. Nice job.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized long lasting white colored bubbles that left behind an unnoted lacing. The body contained no visible carbonation, was hazy and yellow brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild doughy malts. Its mouth feel is initially tingly and off with a lingering weird mellow palate and aftertaste. Its flavor was missing the banana and fruity notes typical of a hefe weizen. A below average brew.

Pours turbid gold wth aromas of hopcit, some banana and cloves. Tastes hefeish with a medium to light palate. Not real complex or balanced but not bad.
