Lacked a real hoppy punch, but at least you can tell it’s an IPA. The bitter finish was the highlight for me. axilla (962), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 15, 2006 Poured a medium reddish color with a small off white head. Mellow grassy nose. Flavors were really quite boring. Some mild grass with a hint of citrus and a little funk. Not undrinkable, but definately a snoozer. WISEGUY572 (1246), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 11, 2006 OK ... i was thoroughly unimpressed. Floral and grassy, yeah. Citrus and pine? I don’t think so. Incredibly hopped? Again, I don’t think so. Some malt but not much, some bitter finish but not much hop in the taste, no west coast hoppiness, no complexity. Really unimpressive representative of an American IPA. Next to a Stone or a Victory this is drain pour. xproudfoot (729), Paleolithic, Pennsylvania, USA

American hops (citrus fruit) on the nose. Quite flavorfully hoppy and extremely smooth. Milky lemon grass, fresh. Big swiss cheese hole lacing. Quite tasty. adrian910ss (1435), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2005 Almost no aroma. Copper color with a soapy head that lasts. Hoppy IPA taste, but weak. Seemed watered down. Nothing exceptional here. Prostman (1077), Pennsylvania, USA
