Nice cloudy yellow body with a good lasting head. Good carbonation too. Flavor is malty and doughy with a good spicy yeastiness to it. Coriander, ornage peel and a slight bit of hops at the end. Nice easy drinking wit. michael-pollack (2739), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 10, 2003 As average a wit as you'll ever find. Lacking the fruitiness it needs, this beer is drinkable, unless there is something else around.Too watery to warrant a higher rating. freekyp (903), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA

Light & clear apperance, light bitterness, kind of a strong almost salty aftertaste. f351c4v (408), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, like a hospital... anyway, body is light, nice amount of frutiness, not overpowering as I’ve experienced with some other micro’s attempts at the style, maybe some spice cake in there. Crisp, refreshing finish.
