| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 4, 2005 Ommegang brewfest: This was better at the brewfest athn what I remember this to be last winter when I went to the brewery for a concert. Nice cloudy yellow body with a good lasting head. Good carbonation too. Flavor is malty and doughy with a good spicy yeastiness to it. Coriander, ornage peel and a slight bit of hops at the end. Nice easy drinking wit. Slovak34 (99), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, like a hospital... anyway, body is light, nice amount of frutiness, not overpowering as I’ve experienced with some other micro’s attempts at the style, maybe some spice cake in there. Crisp, refreshing finish. tbookman (618), Ephrata, Pennsylvania, USA
