Commercial Description:
A hint of coriander and orange peel in the nose complements the typical white beer fruitiness. A nice, dry, and slightly acidic finish is carried nicely by an elevated effervescence.

Decent white beer. Nice dry finish. Like most here though, a bit watered down.

Ommegang brewfest: This was better at the brewfest athn what I remember this to be last winter when I went to the brewery for a concert. Nice cloudy yellow body with a good lasting head. Good carbonation too. Flavor is malty and doughy with a good spicy yeastiness to it. Coriander, ornage peel and a slight bit of hops at the end. Nice easy drinking wit.

This beer is an average Belgian White. Appalachian makes better beers, though.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, like a hospital... anyway, body is light, nice amount of frutiness, not overpowering as I’ve experienced with some other micro’s attempts at the style, maybe some spice cake in there. Crisp, refreshing finish.

A decent wit alothough this isn’t my favorite style. Has a distinct Belgain flavor. Light & clear apperance, light bitterness, kind of a strong almost salty aftertaste.
