gsmitty80 (628), Washington DC, USA Sep 8, 2009 On tap at main brewery. Not a very distinguishable beer. Rather bland and sour. Couldn’t put my finger on whether it was trying to be European style or American. BeerGestapo (725), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 6, 2009 Brewed in the USA...... On tap at the brewery !!! Pours a golden color with a large white head and some nice carbonation. Aroma of floral hops, grass and lemons. Taste of lemons, yeast, grains and hops. The mouthfeel crisp and clean, and easy to drink on a hot day. Overall, not bad for the style and the name is pretty cool. LinusStick (1831), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA May 11, 2009 Meh....a decent Bohemian Pilsner. Aroma was pretty weak. Biscuit and light caramel with a hint of yeast. Pour was a nice cloudy light gold with lots of rising bubbles and a one finger white head. Taste was average. There was a strong metallic flavor that came out in the aftertaste that was hard to get past. Very sweet in the front with biscuit and sweet light malt. As it warmed the metallic flavor backed off a bit. I’ve had many beers with Saaz hops and you can’t taste them in this. Drinkable but that’s it. biznizness (930), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA May 2, 2009 On tap at the brewery, had some of Sneeze’s. Reasonably good pils. Certainly doesn’t stack up to the other ones in the region (those are mostly german anyway), but not terrible either. f351c4v (404), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 17, 2009 On tap @ Camp Hill. Pours a clear golden color with a white, lacing head. Light, crisp hoppy aroma, clean body. Quite light and drinkable. A good representation. psuCE03 (122), York, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 1, 2008 Fresh from a growller...good citrus aroma, hops at the forefront of the flavor with some lemon flavor tossed in as well. hellbilly (1502), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Jun 28, 2008 draft in gettysburg... hazy golden yellow pour with a thin white head and light drippy lacing. aroma of honey, lemon, light yeast and grassiness. it smells very fresh but mild. the flavor is the same with a dry, herbal, grassy ’pils’ finish. not bad. i’d drink this all day in the arizona summer... blindeyedbetty (148), Arlington, Virginia, USA Apr 20, 2008 12 oz. bottle poured filmy apricot orange with tight white head which quickly dissipated leaving little to no lacing. More carbonated than I anticipated. Fresh lemon and herb aromas; somewhat "earthy" with a highlight of citrus blossom. Front palate is hoppy with citrus, yeasty middle and clean piney finish with hoppy aftertaste. Much hoppier than I had expected but was an excellent companion to an herb-crusted chicken. Would recommend even though it didn’t really jibe with my idea of a traditional "pilsner."
