Commercial Description:
This Czechoslovakian style Pilsner is golden in color and hopped with a bunch of genuine Czechoslovakian Saaz hops. These hops provide a special floral aroma and a delightfully hoppy finish.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting white colored bubbles that left behind a poor lacing. The body contained average carbonation, was transparent and yellow orange in color. Its aroma contained notes of crisp mild malts and hops. Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a lingering tingly medium crisp palate and a thick malty aftertaste. Its flavor contained malty hoppy doughy notes.

Creamy white head with a golden color. I couldn't detect much of an aroma at all. Slight hoppy/sweet taste. Haven't had a pilsener in a while, but this is just OK.

Very good pilsner. Reminded me a lot of lancaster pilsner. Nice light copper color with a slgith white head. Very smootha nd easy to drink. Good amount of hops but the flavor is well balanced with malt. I like prima better but i think this goes more towards the style- due to the slight mild malt characteristics.

Draft at Appalachian BC. Medium white fizzy head that mostly diminished, fine-small sized bubbles, lacing was sparse, minimal carbonation, transparent, and a yellow hue. Aroma was malty and floral hops. Sweet, malty and hoppy flavor. Tingly, thin mouthfeel. Light body.

On draft at Capones. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and grassy hops. The flavor is bitter, citrus, and a little thin. Not a bad pilsner, but an easily forgettable brew.

Meh....a decent Bohemian Pilsner. Aroma was pretty weak. Biscuit and light caramel with a hint of yeast. Pour was a nice cloudy light gold with lots of rising bubbles and a one finger white head. Taste was average. There was a strong metallic flavor that came out in the aftertaste that was hard to get past. Very sweet in the front with biscuit and sweet light malt. As it warmed the metallic flavor backed off a bit. I’ve had many beers with Saaz hops and you can’t taste them in this. Drinkable but that’s it.
