Commercial Description:
Our light copper pale ale has a delicate malt attribute balanced by an aggressive hop flavor and aroma. Many American micros have developed their own version of this classic English style beer. Our brewers anticipate that you will enjoy their variation.

Bottle. Poured a reddish color with good carbonation. Nice hoppy taste, bitter but not over done. I got this one in a variety pack from the Camp Hill location.

Bottle. Pour is a light orange color with a pretty large head that just sticks around. There’s a bit of lacing as I drink it, but nothing really exciting. Aroma is subtle... I can pick up a bit of a grassy hops presence and that is about it. Flavor is a bit deeper than I expected... malt presence comes through as a toffee-like flavor and there is a touch of hops there-floral and grassy-but no really interesting flavors or textures. Pleasant, but not outstanding. Drinkable is a good description.

Rating #1083 from the bottle. Thanks to my dad for bringing this one to me. Deep copper, hazy with good carbonation and a medium short lasting frothy head. Nose is faint, grains hops and copper. Taste is more present with more copper, tart and dirty.

On draft at the Gettysburg location a few months ago. Aroma was of pine, citrus and grass. Flavor of caramel, toasted malt, and pronounced citrus/pine hop presence. I found it hoppy for the style. Some light sweetness.

Bottle, purchased at the brewery. Pours brassy copper with ivory head. The aroma is pine and grassy hops, maybe some toast. The flavor, though, is very toasty. Piney and floral hops kick in a nice dry bitterness in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a beautiful pale orange body with thin head that stayed. Aroma is dominated by sweet malt and some candy like hops. The flavor is slightly bitter, off flavored hops, sweet and slightly bitter. At times this is a little too rough around the edges but overall I found this too be quite drinkable.

Clear copper body with a medium frothy tan head. Sweet floral and pine aroma with a caramel background. Sweet tea-like flavor with piney hops and a light caramel ending.
