Commercial Description:
Our light copper pale ale has a delicate malt attribute balanced by an aggressive hop flavor and aroma. Many American micros have developed their own version of this classic English style beer. Our brewers anticipate that you will enjoy their variation.

very caramely, malty nose without much hops. nice head at first which dissipates somewhat to a slight lingering head. slightly hazy, reddish amber. More hops in flavor, rather short lived. not bad, drinkable. cold be a session beer. Not a lot of depth, but not bad. Some fizz in the mouth, but not too bad. This bottle was a gift from my friend Paul B, a true beer dog.

Bottle: Misty amber, light head and light lacing. Nose of lightly crisp hops, plain malt, some light fruitiness. The flavor is sweet, some caramel and earthy bitterness. Decent pale ale, middle of the road; ho-hum.

This brewery seems to make beers according to style, restrained and easy to drink yet with some subtlety. This APA has pleasant floral hoppiness in the nose, decent hopping up front giving way to a well-balanced, mildly carbonated pale ale with a clean, dry finish.

on tap-pours a creamy, retaining light tan head with copper color. Aroma is citrus, mild hops. Taste is mellow medium hops, secondary medium malt. Mild carbonation.

Bottle obtained in a trade w/ fyrecrakker05. Pours an amber color with a small, thin head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with a slight wheat hint. Flavor is kinda grassy and very familiar, kind of wheaty, very oddly bitter and not enjoyable on the first try. Definitely grew on me as I drank more, but still not to much to my liking. Dry and lingering in the mouth

Pours with an orange-amber body topped by a thick head with lots of lacing. The aroma is slighlty sweet yet bitter and grapefruity with a nice malty undertone. The flavor is slightly sweet with a slight bitterness and an odd grassy note. Medium bodied and dry.

Bottle from Kramer17801. A fairly pedestrian APA. Actually a bit on the weak side as far as hop presence is concerned. Clear, moderate copper/amber colored with a decent off-white head. Sporadic lacing. Caramel malt nose, not a lot of hop presence in aroma. Medium bodied with decent carbonation. Sweet caramel malt is left unbalanced by IBU or flavoring hops. Perhaps a run of the mill amber ale, not an APA.

On tap at brewpub in gettysburg, color was copper with slight lacing. Aroma was malty with some fruits and hops. Flavor was a somwhat sweet grapefruit flavor with a hoppy finish. This was a light beer.
