More hops in flavor, rather short lived. not bad, drinkable. cold be a session beer. Not a lot of depth, but not bad. Some fizz in the mouth, but not too bad. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 5, 2006 This brewery seems to make beers according to style, restrained and easy to drink yet with some subtlety. This APA has pleasant floral hoppiness in the nose, decent hopping up front giving way to a well-balanced, mildly carbonated pale ale with a clean, dry finish. jcwattsrugger (5528), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | May 9, 2006 Bottle obtained in a trade w/ fyrecrakker05. Pours an amber color with a small, thin head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with a slight wheat hint. Flavor is kinda grassy and very familiar, kind of wheaty, very oddly bitter and not enjoyable on the first try. Definitely grew on me as I drank more, but still not to much to my liking. Dry and lingering in the mouth Vac (2394), San Diego, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2006 Pours with an orange-amber body topped by a thick head with lots of lacing. The aroma is slighlty sweet yet bitter and grapefruity with a nice malty undertone. The flavor is slightly sweet with a slight bitterness and an odd grassy note. Medium bodied and dry. 11026 (1799), Alabama, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 27, 2006 Bottle from Kramer17801. A fairly pedestrian APA. Actually a bit on the weak side as far as hop presence is concerned. Clear, moderate copper/amber colored with a decent off-white head. Sporadic lacing. Caramel malt nose, not a lot of hop presence in aroma. Medium bodied with decent carbonation. Sweet caramel malt is left unbalanced by IBU or flavoring hops. Perhaps a run of the mill amber ale, not an APA. OldRaspy (292), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA
