| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 21, 2009 On tap @ ABC Harrisburg. Clear amber with an off white head. Mellow earthy hop aroma with some caramel scents. Sweet flavor with a bit of bitterness. More malt inclined beer and the hops didn’t seam like typical American hops. Not bad but tasted and smelled more like an English style. jb (1056), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 4, 2009 Hazy orange, thick white head, lacing. Aroma of oranges, toffee and malt in general. Kind of an English Pale palate and nose. The palate was caramel, a bit of hops and dryness. Not bad, not great, a bit low on the hops for an American Pale. roder60 (1030), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a slightly hazy copper color with medium offwhite head. Aroma piney and slight caramel sweetness. Flavor is decently watery with and earthy caramel base and piney resiny dry hop finish. Nose and flavor of fruity citrusy hops and some caramel backbone. More impressed than I expected to be, but nothing special. RCL (1486), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA
