Nov 22, 2003 Had this at a brewfest too. Veyr good. Pleasant to drink. Smooth and hoppy. Well balanced with hops. Thin head. Very tasty. I enjoyed it.

Apr 9, 2003 Nice red color with very good lasting beige head. Aroma is malty with slight hops. Malty and hoppy flavor with slight fruitiness, and a good mouthfeel. A little bland overall, but nice.

Jul 24, 2002 This beer has a deep red/brown color, bordering a brown. It has a pronounced chocolate presence. It has a wonderful malty nose, however it finishes somewhat sweet and in my opinion, not the ’perfect balance of hops and malt.’
