| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 15, 2006 Poured a cloudy golden color with a small foamy white head. Very nice aroma of mild hops and rye. The flavor was a good bit of bitter rye, without being too much, and a nice touch of piney and grassy hops. A very enjoyable brew. xproudfoot (729), Paleolithic, Pennsylvania, USA

Yellow gold color, pale colored for an ale. Nothing like a pale ale, though! The rye is very mild, giving it a dry flavor. I didn’t find it particularly bitter, not at all, very smooth, easy to drink. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
