Sep 5, 2005 never had a rye beer before this one. pretty decent beer. I enjoyed the aftertaste which had a hint of rye to it.

Jan 15, 2006 Poured a cloudy golden color with a small foamy white head. Very nice aroma of mild hops and rye. The flavor was a good bit of bitter rye, without being too much, and a nice touch of piney and grassy hops. A very enjoyable brew.

Oct 16, 2005 Lots of bitter rye flavor, moderate hoppiness and tartness. Not as good as Hop Rod, but it’s pretty tasty.

Apr 19, 2006 Much better than their Kipona. hazy golden pour with a decent head, white. Hoppy aroma with little rye. Great on a warm day.

Aug 15, 2006 Draft. Deep coppery pour with aroma of fruit, heavy malt, red grapes. Tastes fruity, grapey, with caramel malt notes.

Dec 27, 2003 Nice crisp clean ale with a very dry finish. It is surprising that you can notice the rye by only using 15% but they make it work. A very good session ale.
