Commercial Description:
A naturally cloudy wheat beer with a subtle sweetness of ripe apples. The serving ritual - half-fill glass, then swirl bottle and top-up glass - this gives the beer its full palette of flavours and unique cloudiness.

Keg at The Pivo Bar, York. Clouded yellow with white head. Sweet apple juice, nothing subtle about it at all. It must be a very aquired taste, certainly not to mine.

Pours like a cloudy wheat beer should.Smells like apples and tastes like apples .It’s sweet with a thin body.I would like some sourness in this beer, it’s just too sweet.

(Draught at The Rake, Southwark, London, 18 Apr 2009) Cloudy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose with green apples and wheat. Fruity, yeasty taste with notes of green apples and soapy hints of yeast. Below medium body, sweetish with a slightly tart apple bite. I suppose it’s mainly a beer for people who don’t really like beer, but still better than expected. Refreshing and drinkable.

Bottle from bu11zeye. Pours with a large, foamy white head and an unfiltered pear juice colored body. No real aroma, maybe a bit of dried apple juice resin and soil. Taste is sweet apple juice and very medicinal. Dry mouthfeel with light bubbles.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Murky gold pour with a thin white head. Nose is slightly sour with yeast and apple. Easy on the palate with a sweet apple flavor and smooth carbonation.
