Big 22 0z bomber, thanks jjpm74. This is one of three ciders he gave me. Pour this into a big mug and it looks much like any other pale yellow american beer. The aroma is sweet, applelike and perhaps has some hints of a fruity strong ale! No head but there was a big roll when I poured it into the glass. Some streams of carbonation can be seen within and when you sip it it does have a good tingle to it. A very good apple cider flavor with a bravo of alky in there. The ingredients include champagne yeast, cane sugar, honey, sulfites, sorbates and malic acid. Fly Creek Original Hard Cider is much better tasting and is a little less offensive on the alky side. Overall this is a good cider that every cider lover should at least try once. Refreshing, interesting and different. Very pleased to have an opportunity to try this.

Thanks to jjpm74 for this in a trade from last year. Well,it is a carbonated apple juice. Very refreshing after a run and pretty darn tasty. I am not a cider guy but this was good.

Pours a very clear, pale gold with evident carbonation (although cider doesn’t have what it takes to hold a head). The aroma is fairly full apples and slightly floral honey. The flavor has a lot of what I associate with champagne, although I can’t really pinpoint exactly what those flavors are. The flavor is decidedly sweet, but it’s the sweetness of a ripe apple, not cloying. The body is light, and has the exact same aftertaste of a fuji or winesap apple. Not bad, but perhaps a little too sweet for a session.

My wife and I stumbled across this cider by accident a few years ago while Apple picking in Upstate NY. Pours a clear crisp golden color with healthy carbonation. Taste is very dry and mild with stong hints of cider, cane sugar and honey. Bottled in 22 FL. Oz. bottles.
