Sep 28, 2008 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A murky brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of oxidation, malt, and caramel. The flavor is a combination sweetness and acidity with notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter and bready finish. Get rid of the acidity, then it will work.

Sep 20, 2008 Cloudy amber with with large beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel an ripe fruits. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and ripe fruits.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, some wood and fruits along with some semi-roasted notes. Flavour is wood, grass, mild licorice, big time roasted malts with some sour notes. A rather different kind of bock, but still nice.

Jul 12, 2008 (Bottled) Dark brown with a small head. Slightly sour, very malty aroma with licorice. Sourish-salty, roasted-malty flavor with medium bitterness. Medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate. Slightly thinner than a doppelbock, but that was to be expected. Quite nice.
