From 10-Beer Flight at Arbor Brewing Company Brewpub on December 1, 2008. Light, citrus aroma. Light-bodied, bittersweet, subtle fruit flavor. Has a hay/grass flavor to it. Very good and interesting recipe for a light beer.

on tap-pours a thin white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is clove/banana, wheat. Taste is clove/banana, wheat, continental (saaz?) sharp hops. OK effervescence.

I never thought I’d be excited to try a mild, but so few people make them - much like their bitter, this is very authentically british - clear golden - aroma of bready malt, light fruity character, faint hops - light mineral character in the flavor - nice and easy drinking, with a mild bitterness, and bready character on the back end - milds get no love.

sample at brewpub. It is fruity and smooth with a crisp and bitter finish. The palate is mild and subtle, and intriguing enough to want to drink more. This one is underrated.

tap at brewpub - So mild ales aren’t supposed to have noticeable hops? That’s not the case here. This beer pours gold with some nice lacing. It has a light malt and hop aroma and light hops lead the flavor. It’s a little thin and watery, but not bad and at such low abv, one could drink it all night and stay pretty sober.

Light golden, mostly headless with a light haze. Weak aroma of mild hops and little more. Off-flavor with mild nuttiness under Lemon Pledge. Sub-par.

Very sessionable at 3.5% and still aroma and taste, but skip it for the pils. Aroma was both hoppy and malty. Orangey with a little white head, with lace. Bitterness and a bit of fruit, metallic finish. A light mouthfeel and prickly active carbonation. Perhaps the weakest in their lineup
