Bottle courtesy of Schroppfy. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Sweet and sour nose with oranges, melon, grapes and caramel. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly tart with melon rind, lemon, white grape juice and some thin malts. Medium body is thinnish with light carbonation.

Sample at the brewpub: On the board as a "secret beer". Pours a clear dark golden color with a medium white head that has good staying power. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops, spice and yeast. Light-bodied and effervescent with a good blend of hops, spice and earthy malt flavors. Some yeast is present in the flavor as well. The finish is mildly bitter and citrusy. Well-rounded and pretty easy to drink all in all.

The beer foamed to the top when the bottle was opened, poured murky gold amber with lots of floaties, sweet fruit, faint pineapple, citrus and pine fragrances, some yeast, very sweet pale malt in the nose, candy apple and Friendship cake fragrances, sweet pale malt taste, some hop bite on the tongue, a tanginess lingers in the mouth, sweet and sour with every drink, the are some flavors of orange, grapefruit and lemon, lots of carbonation on the palate, very nice.

Sweet ‘n peachy aroma with a musty ending. Really nice. Dark honey color and cloudy in the glass with a medium white head. Lots of floaters and sinkers. Evidence that many yeasties gave their all to make this beer. Frothy in the mouth, but not crisp. Slightly syrupy. Very enjoyable ale. This is what an ale should be from a small local brewer. Something different that you can’t get anywhere else. Sweet and tasty, but not too filling. Watch out for the nasties at the bottom of the glass.

Thanks to hopdog for this 750 ml corked & caged bottle... Appears a transparent golden orange with a small amount of carbonation stemming from the tiny yeast remnants found at the bottom of the glass. The small white head fades into a light, foamy collar. A few small streaks of lace are left around the glass. Smell is of a Belgian yeast strain highlighting orange, nectarines, and a gentle amount of spice. Taste is of the same aromas with a slight sourness that seems to be alright for the style. Mouthfeel is light, yeasty, with sweetness up front that fades out into a semi dry finish.
