750ml corked bottle labeled bottled on March ’06. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Some small floaters. Aromas on the fruity side with light yeast. Tastes of citrus, fruity, light yeast, and some spices. This one was a pleasant surprise!

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a very small head. Aroma was fruity, various spices, corriander and yeast. Flavor of fruits, lightly sour with some berries and yeast.

bottle from hopdog. very light bodied light flavored blonde. alot more flavor than most blondes...fruityness, a bit of caramel, some yeast. i think its got a considerably good flavor in proportion to its body. poured a cloudy medium brown with an ample white foamy head. i could easily have drank the whole bottle.

Poured a hazy yellow amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of green grapes, citrus fruits, yeast, funky barnyard, and light brett. Taste was slightly tart, with yeast, citrus, light coriander, white pepper, and moderate carbonation.

Murky deep golden hue develops a big effervescent head, ivory in colour. Hugely yeasty nose can’t but seduce me. Lots of brettanomyces flavour procure a slicing sourness punctuated with vibrant pineapple flavours. On parallel, estery bananas glow amongs the bubbly mask. Extreme attenuation leaves no residual sugar apparency. Further, the carbonation is monstrous, biting the tongue with crunching big bubbles. Light juiciness reminds slightly of white grapes, but the flavour is all yeast. There is little to no malt flavours and barely more hops, which removes from the interest and certainly does not speak of balance, but the nose is superbly focused in its wildness.

Goodbar beer club. Nose is lemon candy, grass, orange, light caramel, peach, maybe some spice. Flavor is really quite shocking. Lemon, orange, earthy malt, orange, iced tea. Sweet lemon/orange candy finish. Wonderful!

Complex and interesting aroma offers perfumey, floral, herbal hops, peppery brett character, honeylike malt sweetness, mint and fruity esters suggesting canteloup, honeydew, and apricot. Opaque tan-orange coloured body with plenty of yeast in suspension topped by an initially large but rapidly diminishing fizzy, white head. Very tangy apricot-tangerine fruitiness with peppery brett character and floral, perfumey, herbal hops. Subdued bitterness. Very strong carbonation with soft textured bubbles to the somewhat oily medium body. Bottle (Bottled Mar-05, purchased Aug-05, consumed Apr-06) sampled with MartinT, muzzlehatch and Rastacouere.

Sampled from the bottle at MBG Winterfest. Very hazy, dirty orange in color, with huge white head, girl pouring had to wait for it to settle, before finishing the pour. Huge mouth-puckering sour/tart aroma, without much else. Flavor is very woody up front and fades into a strange mix of muted fruits. Lots of pineapple/mango and can’t really decipher anything else? Over-carbonated almost like a 7-up, it’s so carbonated, kills the score somewhat.
